RITZY RENTALS CO. – RENTAL AGREEMENT

By placing a reservation, submitting payment, or accepting rental items, Client agrees to the following terms.

1. Reservation & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve rental dates and inventory.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date (whichever comes first).
• Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received.
• Reservations made within 7 days of delivery or pickup require full payment at booking.

2. Security Deposits

• A standard $50 refundable security deposit applies unless otherwise noted.
• Select inventory may require an additional refundable deposit.
• Speakers and microphone rentals require an additional $50 refundable security deposit per item.
• Security deposits are returned after pickup and inspection, typically within 1-2 business days.
• Deposits may be applied toward unpaid balances, damage, missing items, cleaning, or additional charges.

3. Rental Period

• Standard rentals include a rental window of up to 3 total calendar days.
• Delivery and pickup dates are agreed upon in advance and confirmed with the reservation.
• The included rental window does not automatically extend if items are not ready for pickup.
• Additional rental days must be approved in advance and are subject to availability.
• Approved extensions are billed at $25 per additional calendar day.
• If items are unavailable for pickup on the agreed date, additional rental charges may apply.

4. Delivery, Pickup & Setup

• Delivery and setup are available based on order size and location.
• Delivery is curbside unless otherwise agreed.
• Setup includes placement of tables and chairs only unless otherwise specified.
• Speaker and audio setup, testing, operation, and teardown are not included unless purchased separately.
• Client is responsible for ensuring clear, safe access during delivery and pickup.

5. Pickup Requirements

To keep pickups efficient and avoid additional charges:

• Remove food, décor, tape, and personal items before pickup.
• Stack tables and chairs when possible.
• Place linens dry inside provided bags (do not wash).
• Have items ready at the agreed pickup location and scheduled pickup time.

If items are not ready and pickup cannot be completed as scheduled, the following may apply:

• Pickup Readiness Fee — $25
• Extended Rental Fee — $25 per additional day
• Additional labor charges if extra time or assistance is required

6. Equipment Care

• Client is responsible for rental items during the rental period.
• Items must be returned in the same condition received, excluding normal wear.
• Do not paint, modify, staple, nail, tape, glue, drill, or permanently alter rental items.
• Protect items from weather and unsecured public areas.

7. Speakers & Audio Equipment

• Audio rentals include equipment only unless otherwise specified.
• Client is responsible for operation and device compatibility.
• Equipment must be protected from weather, liquids, theft, misuse, and improper power sources.
• Repair or replacement charges may apply for damaged or missing equipment.

8. Damage, Loss & Weather

• Client is responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or excessively dirty items.
• Repair or replacement charges will apply as needed.
• Tents may not be moved after setup.
• Electronics may not be used in rain or standing water.

9. Liability

• Client assumes responsibility for safe use of rental items.
• Ritzy Rentals Co. is not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses related to use, transport, setup, weather, or misuse of rented items.

10. Cancellations & Changes

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Reservation changes are subject to availability.
• Payments may be transferred to a future rental date at Ritzy Rentals Co.’s discretion.

11. Agreement

By reserving, paying for, or accepting rental items, Client acknowledges and agrees to this Rental Agreement.
